Customer Support Representatives

We are a renowned supplier and designer of promotional articles and gifts since 1986. We are a Dutch company but have also offices and agents in countries such as Sweden, Germany, England, France, Italy, Spain, Romania, the United States, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Our strong presence in China and our own design studio make it possible for us to be at the very front of developments in our branch.

We develop promotional products, which reflect and communicate the identity of companies and people. Our award-winning brand ‘XD Design’ is the flagship of our collection. This brand consists of every day products that have a special design yet are practical in use.
We have four internal sales teams who are responsible for specific countries. For our French Internal Sales team we are looking for two Customer Support Representatives. The internal sales team exists of a back office team and a sales team. Our office is located in Rijswijk.

How does your day look like as a Customer Support Representative?
You start your day at 9:00 am with a good cup of (Nespresso) coffee (or tea ) and checking your (team email). After catching up with your colleagues, the first deadline is waiting for you; orders and artwork need to be checked and administrated in the system. After that, a team meeting is planned to discuss the successes and learns of last week and what is coming up the coming week/ month. Which sales targets do we need to reach and what will be your part in this?

12.30u lunchtime! Time for nice walk outside, clear your mind and stretching your legs. Working at the Customer Support can be stressful sometimes and you know that after your lunchbreak, the next deadline is waiting and you need to give some extra power together with your team to bring this to a successful conclusion.
In the last few hours of your workday you will have contact with clients (online/offline), have questions for the Product Development team about certain products and you try to find solutions with your colleagues of the Supply Chain Department.

What are the qualities and skills we are looking for?
- Fluently French in word & writing
- Good English in word and writing
- Strong administrational skills
- Commercial minded
- Experience in MS office and ERP systems is a pre
- A helicopter view and think 2 steps ahead
- A team player and can work independently
- A service-minded approach, committed and detail oriented.
