For our main office in Rijswijk on the Scandinavian Internal Sales department we are looking for a:
Customer Support
Fulltime – start date: as soon as possible

You are part of the Inside Sales team Scandinavia, a back-office and sales team with a Nordic customer base. In this position you build up and manage customer relations, calculate and follow-up on offers, enter and follow-up on orders, you pay attention to the needs of the customer and try to fulfill these within the possible opportunities. Furthermore, you will also be doing sales and cross-selling. Proactive calling will also be a part of the position to strengthen existing customer relations and develop and activate new leads. A few times per year you will be travelling to Finland to visit clients and leads. You will be working together with the Scandinavian team and other departments in solving customer issues. Together with your team you are responsible for achieving the sales targets for the Scandinavian market and your focus will be on the Finnish market.

• Native Finnish speaker (or near native level)
• Fluent oral and written English
• Administrative skills (MS Office and preferably ERP systems)
