Xindao headquarters was established in 1986 in Rijswijk, The Netherlands by Sandro van Hellenberg Hubar and Diederik van Styrum. What started as a two people company has grown into a multinational with several offices around the world. Nowadays Xindao Rijswijk office is still the heart of the company. Our Shanghai office plays a key roll in purchase, product development and FOB (Free On Board) sales. Beside that also our design studio is located here. This way our designers have direct acces to supplies and factories.
Shanghai office has always been under European management. The last five years it has been Patrick Tornqvist and Joakim Sylmé that formed the general management.

Our Scandinavian office is strategically located in Stockholm. From here we serve the local markets of Sweden and Norway. To be able to shorten leadtimes and increase our service level to our customers the office has it own backoffice and (sample) warehouse. The Scandinavian office is under the daily management of Mikael Jonsvreten.

In Germany, our sales manager Jörg - P. Helmers, together with Alexander Derosas in the south and Sascha Ochojski in the north of Germany, are able to service locally at your disposal. In our backoffice in Holland a team of 6 German speaking persons are there to provide the german customers with a daily service.

It is Dominique Pellet and Julien Azoulay that form our local salesteam France. To be able to get to know and visit our clients as much as possible both have their own specific region (north and south). The backoffice for France is located in the main office in Holland. Our Spanish office is strategically located in Barcelona. From here we serve the local markets of Spain and Portugal. To be able to shorten leadtimes and increase our service level to our customers, the Spanish office has it own backoffice and (sample) warehouse. The Spanish office is under the daily management of Ignacio Torrens.

In Denmark, sales are handled by Frank Mathiesen. His office is located in the south of Denmark. The backoffice for Denmark is located in the main office in Holland. Debbie Hotinga is there to provide the Danish clients with a daily service.
