Since 1986 Xindao a renowned supplier of promotional items and gifts. We are a Dutch company and have offices in the Netherlands, Scandinavia, England, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United States, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Our strong presence in China and our own design studio makes it possible to lead the development of our industry.

Xindao The name has many meanings in Chinese, that "new direction" is best suited to our philosophy: To build a lasting relationship with our suppliers and customers based on new ideas and directions.

Main Features

HQ Holland

The Xindao headquarters is located in Rijswijk. More than 50 people are working in this office, divided between sales, marketing and logistics.

In the sales department you will find a great diversity of nationalities; for almost every European country we have native-speaking salespeople.

Design Shanghai

Xindao Shanghai has a Design Studio which now has 17 people of which 7 well educated foreign designers. Each category has 1 responsible foreign designer and there are 3 foreign graduates. All designers have been educated at the Central Saint Martins Design School in London, which is Europe’s leading design academy.

Showroom

At the office in Rijswijk we have a large showroom of over 450sqm where all current catalogue items are carefully displayed.

Our clients are more then welcome to visit our showroom!

Warehouse

The logistic center of Xindao is located in ’s-Heerenberg close to the German boarder.
The current central warehouse consists of 5.200 m² and has over 9.600 pallet locations. A second warehouse is used for bulk stock. Currently a new warehouse is build of 12.000 m² with over 27.000 pallet locations.
